We’re a five-minute walk from High Street Kensington (Circle and District Line), Earl’s Court and Gloucester Road (both Piccadilly and District Line) tube stations. The studio (11a) sits just off Stratford Road in Stratford Studios. To find us, just pass under the Stratford Studios sign and we’re the second door to the left.
A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

Our Pilates studios are shoe-free, please leave them in the designated area.
03.
We ask that you clean your Coreformer before, and after class, using the wipes.
04.
We have filtered water on tap, please bring your own bottle to refill and stay hydrated.
05.
It’s time to switch off. We ask that you kindly leave your phone on silent, and while you move – let it rest.
