I’m Gennaro, living life on the positive side and always looking for the good in every situation. I became a teacher to share what I’ve learned on my own journey and to show people that life doesn’t have to be about rushing from one thing to the next, always looking for something better. I can be about living in the now, looking around you and learning to appreciate what you have. In my classes you need to be ready to sweat, shake and get strong! My class is like a rollercoaster, we start slowly to prepare the body for lots of intensive movements, and finish with a rush of energy and adrenaline that will fill you up all day!
