I was quite young when I discovered my passion for body mechanics. Whether it be through dance training or general exercise, I was fascinated by how movement could transform your body and how you feel. These days, as well as teaching, I’m challenging my own body with hiking and snowboarding, pushing my boundaries and finding new levels of confidence and happiness. In my classes, I keep my communication straightforward, making sure you understand why we’re doing the exercises we’re doing. I’m very precise and will make sure you’re always keeping great form for maximum impact.
