I’m Tifuh. I am a fun loving being who thrives on being grounded with an open heart. I was guided to fitness teaching 20 years ago by following the three things I love most: people, music, and all forms of movement. I’ve spent two decades connecting with other humans and guiding them in their journey, using physical movement to help them tap into something deeper. When I teach, I create an environment where everyone finds their space, creating synergy while keeping integrity. I take a holistic approach to classes, and everything comes from the heart. I might even drop in some jokes from time to time as I believe we can work hard and still keep smiling. In my class you can expect dope music, from deep/soulful house, acid jazz, electro, pop and world music. I’m pretty sure I was a DJ in another life – I might still be one in this one!
