OUR CLASSES
While your first class might feel like a lot to take in, our teachers are the best in the business and will guide you every step of the way.
Choose to move with us on the Coreformer, on the mat in infrared heat, or to your own beat with Personal Training.
It’s true that our classes are tough, but so are you!

BEFORE CLASS
Which class should I start with?
Our classes are designed to suit everybody, whether you’ve tried Pilates before or you’re brand new. If it’s your first reformer Pilates class, we encourage you to start with our Find Your Flow Coreformer class. Taught at an accessible pace, it will help you master the fundamentals to set you up powerfully for our signature Coreformer classes.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Create an account in the ‘SIGN UP’ section of our website or our branded app, purchase a class credit and book your chosen session.
If you need any help with choosing a class, or have any questions, our Hub team are on hand to help. Get in touch here.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check into class, meet your teacher, and receive your induction.
For health and safety reasons, if you arrive less than 10 minutes before the start of your Coreformer class we’ll need to ask youy to reschedule.
What should I bring?
Water bottle – It’s important to stay hydrated before, during and after class, so please bring a water bottle. This can be filled at our double-filtered water refill stations. Please note, we do not have disposable cups.
Mat towel – For Hot Pilates Classes, please bring a mat towel. These are also available for purchase on-site. We also advise bringing a post-class change of clothes as this class gets hot and sweaty.
Appropriate clothing – Wear clothes that allow for free movement. Grippy socks for Coreformer classes are optional. For Hot Pilates wear lightweight, breathable clothing suitable for sweating.
Bring just the necessities – As we don’t have lockers, we ask that you bring minimal belongings to keep communal spaces clear.
Can I eat & drink before class?
We recommend avoiding eating for 2-3 hours before your session for the best experience.
Stay hydrated before, during, and after your class — ideally adding some electrolytes especially if attending our hot Pilates sessions.
Can I attend when pregnant?
Due to the infrared heat, our hot Pilates classes are not suitable for pregnant members.
If you’re pregnant and want to try our Coreformer classes, start with a 1:1 Personal Training (PT) session with a prenatal expert (£100). For your third trimester, you must attend a Prenatal Pilates Workshop (£40) between weeks 21-25, or a 90-minute PT session (£150) if the workshop is unavailable.
You can return to classes post-partum with your doctor’s approval, at least six weeks post-vaginal birth or 10-12 weeks post-caesarean. We recommend starting with a PT session.
DURING CLASS
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?
Please let your teacher know when you arrive so that they can understand any needs you may have and introduce you to the equipment.
If you have any injuries or physical limitation, please inform your teacher before class begins so they can provide modifications.
Your teacher will guide you through the class, offering verbal and hands-on adjustments to ensure proper form. If you prefer verbal-only adjustments, please let your teacher know before class begins.
CAN I USE MY PHONE?
During class, please leave your phone on silent and out of sight. Filming or photography during class is not allowed to protect the privacy of all our members.
WHAT IS YOUR STUDIO ETIQUETTE?
Please note our studios are shoe-free zones with designated areas for footwear.
During class, please do not use your mobile phone and keep it on silent.
Before and after every class, kindly clean your equipment used with the eco wipes provided.
If you need to leave early, please let your teacher know before the class starts.
AFTER CLASS
How can I support my post-class recovery?
It’s normal to feel sore after class, especially the next day.
Stay hydrated after your class — ideally adding some electrolytes especially if attending our hot Pilates sessions.
We also love a warm bath with magnesium salts to support muscle recovery.
What amenities do you provide?
Our studios have shower facilities and offer biodegradable towels, shower products, hairdryers, and straighteners. Please bring any additional items you may need.
Who do I contact if I have any questions?
If you need any advice or help with booking classes, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Contact our Hub team at [email protected] with any questions.
