I’m a Pilates teacher with Heartcore and I love what I do. My passion is helping people to reach their fitness goals and help them transform their unhealthy habits. For me, it’s all about fuelling healthy minds and healthily bodies. In class I’m always working to understand what everyone in the room needs and what their individual goals are – we’re all unique after all. Oh, and I love R&B so expect some great music to get you moving.
