I’ve always been into fitness, sports and competition, so after a long illness, I decided it was time to find a career that let me focus on my passions. I teach a focused, intuitive and inclusive class – challenging yet achievable. Small individual tweaks can make all the difference. Expect my music to be unexpected! Retro classics, a few guilty pleasures and lots of fun.
