I’m Klaudia. After a career as a national athlete in Germany, I moved to London as a contemporary dancer. During this time, I discovered the valuable benefits on Pilates. Teaching Pilates allows me to share my experiences and approach to movement in a way that helps others reconnect with their bodies. Being a teacher inspires me. Being part of someone's movement experience, whatever their intention or goal is, allows for a mutual exchange of experience and growth. It’s really a two-way street. In my teaching, I draw particular attention to the particularities of everyone's bodies and movements. My aim is to help guests to connect to their bodies in their own way. I intend to create an atmosphere where everyone is valued and invited to embrace their experience fully.
My qualifications: BA Theatre Dance University of the Arts London. Postgraduate Diploma Contemporary Dance. MA Dance Movement Psychotherapy.
