A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

Our Pilates studios are shoe-free, please leave them in the designated area.
03.
We ask that you clean your Coreformer before, and after class, using the wipes.
04.
We have filtered water on tap, please bring your own bottle to refill and stay hydrated.
05.
It’s time to switch off. We ask that you kindly leave your phone on silent, and while you move – let it rest.
06.
The front door unlocks 15 minutes before the start of every class.
Personal training
Our spacious Stargazer and Downdog Pilates studios are available for Personal Training; just for you, with a friend as a duet, or as a private group for up to 12 people.
