I'm also a professional dancer, actress, singer and essential oil lover. Surrounding myself with people and nature is when I'm at my happiest. I became a teacher because I wanted to see others achieve what I know they are capable of. I chose to specialise in pre- and post-natal as I am passionate about helping mothers adapt to the changes within their body and to guide and empower them with movement that can help them feel strong from the inside out through their journey of motherhood.
