I’m warm, passionate and positive. I think leading with a warm and opened-minded heart gives you the opportunity to connect with and learn from others. As soon as I walked through the doors at Heartcore I fell in love. From the warm cosy feeling the studio emulates to the inspiring teachers - I knew it was a home away from home. I reached out to the wonderful Heartcore team enquiring to apply and 3 months later I was teaching and haven’t looked back. In my class you’ll feel a flow of energy and an incredible sense of connection. When we move together, the happiness and positivity we generate is infectious and can totally pick you up if you’re having a down day.
