Our Pilates studios are shoe-free, please leave them in the designated area.

We ask that you clean your Coreformer before and after class using the wipes.

We have filtered water on tap, please bring your own bottle to refill and stay hydrated.
05.
It’s time to switch off. We ask that you kindly leave your phone on silent, and while you move – let it rest.
