I’m a true omnivert: sometimes I’m the life of the party, other times I just want to connect with myself. Some things that can make my day: a lot of food, films, theatre, dancing, acting, a sandy beach, travelling, chilling with my loved ones and animals. I love helping people become physically and mentally stronger, whether that’s overcoming an injury or just pushing their personal limits and comfort zones. I want to help people connect with their body and feel strong in it. In my class, everyone is welcome and accepted. It's a judgement free zone. Respecting and loving how your body and mind feel on that specific day comes first. Flow of movement and openness are key elements during my class.
