Irish in London. Trained actor – you might have seen me on the stage or screen! Sucker for a pint of Guinness – what a cliché. I love to ensure all of my guests are really feeling the movement, so I put a lot of emphasis on correct form – you’ll thank me later. I also like to keep people moving with quick transitions between exercises and hope that the music I choose brings the motivation you’ll need to keep striving for better positions and stronger bodies.
My qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer. Kettlebell + TRX Qualified.
