So, here's the part I'm supposed to tell you how wonderful and unique I am, but truth be told, I think we are all wonderful and unique. I am utterly fascinated by our individual stories; the journeys that have led us to become who we are. The way I look at it, we have one body that we are lucky enough to call home. Regardless of how you feel about yours in any given moment, or what society tells us, our bodies are ours to be proud of. And our bodies love to be moved. To be able to nurture confidence, build strength, and give you a moment to get out of your head and into your heart, that's what teaching is all about to me. Every time I teach I strive to create an atmosphere where everyone can let go, sink into the moment, dig a little deeper and rise up feeling stronger and more open than before. This motivates me in every aspect; the music we move to, the movements we make and the space we have to grow physically and mentally.
