Hi I’m Rich. Originally from South Africa, I’m now training and teaching in London. I’m an all or nothing kind of guy. I run on a set of strong core values. I am a fitness junkie with an obsession for all things health and nutrition. I love exploring new interests and gathering skills along the way. It’s my passion to help and support others in becoming the best version of themselves. My style of teaching is very hands on, and I like to lead from the front, showing attention to every detail. My workouts are designed to challenge not only the physical aspects of training but the mental aspects too. Good beats, seamless flows and smooth transitions. I will be at your side the whole way through.
