An ex-dancer with a love for the arts and movement. I’m high energy, passionate and like to laugh and make people smile. My goal in class is to make everyone feel comfortable and to really ensure they get a workout that is right for them. There is no ‘one body’ and everyone has strengths and weaknesses. I want you to work for yourself and achieve what you want, not what you think others want from you… and have a giggle along the way. I think I’m good at making people think they can do anything and then making them want to!
