After having achieved my goal of working as a professional ballet dancer, I decided to pursue my other passion for teaching. The attributes of having worked as a dancer has given me an eye for detail, unwavering work ethic and an ability to push you further than you thought possible.
The life of a professional ballet dancer has taught me how to be brave and fragile, determined and uncertain, silly and serious! I truly believe movement can have a huge impact on how we feel mentally and physically, and will always try to empathise to your needs — treating you as the uniquely wonderful individual you are.
As a community we will work together to some groovy music and feel powerful. I thrive off laughter, hard work and a good challenge - you can guarantee I will always encourage you to do the same because everyone deserves to reach their fullest potential.
