I’ve always loved to move and sort of fell into fitness after studying Dance. After teaching my first fitness class, I knew that this was the thing I wanted to do forever. I love the buzz you feel while your teaching, and the rush of satisfaction you get straight after - knowing that you've made someone's day a little brighter in that 1 hour is an amazing feeling! I also still get nervous about teaching but that’s a good thing, it’s what keeps me striving to be better. I approach every class I teach as a chance to get to know someone and make them feel at ease. Once someone trusts you, you have the power to help them achieve more than they ever thought they could. Expect an upbeat playlist that tells a story and keeps you moving and motivated throughout – as well as a tough work out!
