Hi, I’m Sam. After several years training and studying dance, I moved to London from Leeds to follow my path within the industry. Dance was the catalyst which allowed me to delve deeper into the wider world of wellness. Over the last six years I have worked with a multitude of holistic approaches, and these building blocks have allowed me to find a deeper mind, body & soul connection. Alongside teaching, I have also spent many years working with medicinal foods and alternative healing therapies. I hope to share my experiences and passions with all those who join me in class, bringing you an uplifting, energy boosting & physically transformation class. For me, there really is no greater reward than being in the studio supporting you as you find your flow, power, strength & connectivity. And it’s such a joy to be a partner in your physical journey and help you step closer to where you want to be in your mind & body.
