I love everything to do with nature, being outside and endless horizons. I’m passionate about maintaining the natural state of the world, as well as the natural state of the body. I believe in order to succeed, emotionally and physically, we have everything we already need gifted to us in our bodies. I finally chose to teach when I settled in London and recognised the importance of an active lifestyle. From my own experiences, I offer guests the power of self-belief through carefully crafted classes that will both nourish and challenge the body and mind. I feel blessed to be able to teach movement and look to support guests in their own journeys. Before every class I look forward to holding a space for guests to be safe, explorative, and most importantly, smiling from the inside out.
My qualifications: 200 hour YTT (Mysore), 300 hour YTT (Sydney, Australia), 500 hour YTT (David Swenson Advanced TT training). BArts, Dip.Arch (AA), M.Arch.
