I guess I’m a bit of a (hopefully) loveable rouge and a massive comic book nerd! I don’t take myself too seriously, but that doesn’t mean I can’t create a serious workout. I love fitness and see teaching as a great way to spread positivity and give something back. In my classes you can expect a tough workout but a fun atmosphere. My exercises will challenge the whole body and leave you feeling open, amazing and powerful. Also, if you like a cheesy / funky dancefloor playlist, then look no further than my class!
