I began my movement journey as a dancer and then went into movement for actors. I began exploring somatic movement and became a PT and Yoga (Vinyasa//Hatha) teacher. I’m fascinated by the body-mind connection and how we move physically and emotionally through the world (Movement is Life). I love holding space and teaching fitness as I know the profound effect it has on my physical and mental wellbeing, and I’m passionate about sharing this with others. I love teaching at Heartcore - it's inspiring being part of a company with a shared passion for overall well-being - a community where individuals are celebrated and supported through their fitness journey. In my classes expect an upbeat soundtrack that will keep you focused and moving. My goal is that you’ll leave the session feeling strengthened and energised, ten feet taller and lighter - ready to embrace and pursue life.
