Classic Londoner story: I planned to move here for one year, and it’s now been eight years and counting! I jumped straight into the fitness industry from my first month in the UK, and after almost a decade of working with wonderful people from all around the world it is still my greatest pleasure and motivates me to keep growing and improving as a teacher. I’m constantly looking for new skills and ways to build new awareness, I’ve tried almost everything! I didn’t intend to be a teacher at Heartcore; I started moving in group classes for myself — and one of the teachers inspired me so much that I applied to join the team and take the teacher training. I’ve fallen in love with the Coreformer and look forward creating a space for you to move, to gain strength and to have fun!
