Nat
Hi! My name is Nat and I’m from the beautiful west coast of Canada. Music and movement are my love languages, and nothing makes me happier than when I’m connecting people into their bodies, building community, and creating new playlists. My background is dance, and I literally grew up in a studio! As most dancers do, I had to make the challenging decision to retire, and whilst it was a hard decision (albeit the right one) the world of Yoga and Pilates was waiting for me, and I found it a powerful transition as both forms of movement had been part of my foundation as a dancer. Moving my body makes me a better human and I want people to experience the shifts that happen physically, mentally, and emotionally when you have a regular practice. Every time you step into the studio, I’ll meet you where you are (in mind, heart, and body) and my commitment is to make you feel empowered, challenged and supported every step of the way.
My qualifications:
- 60hr Pilates Mat
- 16 years Competitive Dance
- Trauma training
- Advanced Anatomy Training
- Science degree in Nutrition
