I grew up with creativity – dancing, drawing, painting, throwing clay, thinking, dreaming, chasing light, and anything new. I thought I'd become a newsreader or dress the windows of Liberty. Instead, I wore a suit in some of London's leading Design agencies helping to bring business communications to life. Some 11 years in, discovering the benefits of whole-body health and true love in studying and teaching the art of movement through Pilates. My experience and passions got married, and today I help everyone find the magic that is Heartcore. Dreamy, I know!
