Hi, I’m Aline and I’m a Heartcore Pilates instructor. I would describe myself as caring, dependable, energetic and love a giggle. My passions are Fitness (of course) as well as Health & Beauty, Relationships, Animals and Life! When it comes to teaching, I believe that having fun is an important part of the workout. My teaching style is all about encouraging, inspiring and motivating every single person in the class. Plus, I’ve got a cracking ever-changing playlist. No matter if guests are beginners or more advanced, I’m there to help them get stronger and feel more comfortable in their own skin. I’m constantly working on new and exciting routines to challenge our guest’s bodies as well as their minds.
