Originally from the hills of Florence, I grew up climbing trees and moving freely—movement has always been my first language. A performer by training, I’ve worked in dance, singing, and aerial arts across the globe. Heartcore came into my life through a series of beautiful synchronicities, and teaching here feels like a homecoming. Expect a grounded, soulful session that challenges you physically while lifting your energy and mood.
