HEARTCORE BATTERSEA RUN

To mark the opening of our 8th studio at Battersea Power Station, we’re lacing up and heading out for a 5km run through one of London’s most beautiful parks.

This will be a gentle-paced, all-levels run (approx. 30 mins, 6–6.5 min/km), led by Heartcore Pilates teacher and former elite runner, Sophie K. Perfect whether you’re just getting into your stride or looking for a shakeout before the London Marathon.

Post-run, we’ll head back to our brand-new studio for refreshments and time to connect — because movement is always better when it’s shared.

Shake up your Pilates routine this spring with Tough Love.

Designed to build upon your foundational Heartcore strength, these 90-minute workouts on the Coreformer will allow you to tap into an even deeper degree of mental and physical resilience.With an hour and a half to play with, expect all your favourite moves, soul shaking progressions, and a whole lot of Heartcore love for your core!

Please know that you’ll need at least 15 Coreformer sessions under your belt before joining. And if you’re pregnant, please sit this one out.

SOUL FLOW WITH TIFUH

Join Tifuh for a 90-minute musically inspired rhythmic experience. A journey of release, heated with infrared and powered from the heart, you’ll build heat in dynamic flow, unwind mind and body and, together, enjoy a rare moment of stillness.

Please bring a water bottle and a mat towel with you, as this class gets sweaty.

RUN STRONG WITH HEARTCORE

A special Coreformer class dedicated to runners’ needs, taught by Sophie K – an ex-elite runner and PT of 15 years – followed by a 15-minute Q&A. Perfect for runners of all levels, this session will show you how Heartcore can support and elevate your running journey.

This session starts with a 75-minute Coreformer class focused on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing stability to support your running performance and recovery. Whether you’re looking to prevent injuries, increase efficiency, or release tight muscles, this class will help you move better and feel stronger when you run.

After class, stay for a 15-minute expert Q&A with Sophie to gain expert insights on injury prevention, recovery, and running optimisation.

What’s covered:

  • Improving mobility and flexibility in the hips and joints
  • Building strength, in the core, and upper and lower-body to drive performance
  • Stretching and lengthening in all the right places to improve posture
  • Advice of injury prevention and recovery

HEARTCORE UNION

A collective experience celebrating the power of love, connection and positive movement, hosted at Westbourne Grove Church. Led by Heartcore founder Jessie Blum, we’ll come together as one for a 90-minute flow on the mat to deepen the relationship with ourselves, and each other.

Tickets start from £25, with all profits going to support West London’s community in need.

All levels are welcome.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Your own yoga mat
  • A filled water bottle

Please note: Due to the class size, modifications and adjustments will not be possible, and pregnant guests will need to sit this one out.

MOVING THROUGH PREGNANCY

For all those on the journey to becoming a mother, this is an essential workshop. The Heartcore Method is a powerful way to keep your body healthy, strong and ache free through your pregnancy, teaching key modifications so you can continue to attend Coreformer classes during your third trimester. These modifications will allow you to move safely and joyfully through your classes, adapting movements that will protect your core and create space for your baby to grow, whilst creating stability and support in the rest of the body to balance your changing shape. Available at our Bayswater, Parsons Green (Fulham) and Hampstead studios.
