With a background in contemporary dance, Yoga and Pilates, Jodie introduces us to Free Flow: a 90-minute experience on the mat that invites you to move beyond structure and into pure, unfiltered expression.
Building on the Heartcore Flow you know and love, Free Flow weaves in expansive, intuitive movement to music that draws you into a meditative, explorative state. Together we play with gravity, shift our weight, and let our body move without limitation or judgement. This is your time to let go, connect within, and rediscover the joy of moving your body.
Please bring a water bottle and a mat towel with you, as this class gets sweaty.

Short on time? We’ve got you. This new 50-minute class brings you the full Heartcore experience in a tighter format.
True to our Method, we work every muscle, guiding you into strength and flexibility that lasts. We open with an intentional warm-up, flow through a focused full-body workout, and dial up the intensity with core-powered moves and fiery finishers. We close with a shortened ritual that grounds you back into calm.
You’ll leave steady in mind, strong in body, and fully charged for the rest of your day.

MOVING THROUGH PREGNANCY
For all those on the journey to becoming a mother, this is an essential workshop. The Heartcore Method is a powerful way to keep your body healthy, strong and ache free through your pregnancy, teaching key modifications so you can continue to attend Coreformer classes during your third trimester. These modifications will allow you to move safely and joyfully through your classes, adapting movements that will protect your core and create space for your baby to grow, whilst creating stability and support in the rest of the body to balance your changing shape. Available at our Bayswater, Parsons Green (Fulham) and Hampstead studios.
