FAQs
Got questions? We’ve got you. From booking and memberships to what to expect in your first class, our FAQs cover the essentials so you can focus on feeling good. If you don’t see your answer here, just reach out – the team’s always happy to help.
Can I bring a child or dog to the studio?
We love that you’d want to bring them along, but for everyone’s safety, children under 16 and pets (with the exception of assistance dogs) aren’t permitted in the studio.
Can I book a private class or group session?
Absolutely. Whether it’s one-on-one, a duet with a friend, or a small group of up to 16, our Personal Training team can set up a private session tailored to you.
Get in touch with the team to find out more and arrange your booking.
Why can’t I log in or see my account?
If you’re having trouble logging in, double-check you’re using the email address you registered with and try resetting your password from the login screen.
Still stuck? Drop the team a line and we’ll get you back into your account.
What should I do if Personal Training is fully booked online?
Only a limited number of PT slots are released online, so if you can’t find a time that works, reach out to the team directly and we’ll do our best to find you a space.
You can also book a complimentary 15-minute call with our PT team to talk through your goals and get set up.
Can I use my credits at any studio?
Your Coreformer credits work across all our studios, so you’re free to book into whichever Heartcore location suits your schedule that day. Hot Pilates credits are only for use at our Bayswater studio.
When do my credits expire?
Class credits are valid for a set period from the date of purchase. Please check expiry dates listed on each pack.
How does the waitlist work?
Our schedule opens four weeks ahead, so if your favourite class is full, just join the waitlist – spaces open up more often than you’d think.
You’ll need a valid credit to be added automatically once a space frees up. No credit yet? We’ll text you so you can buy one and secure your spot. Within 12 hours of class, we’ll text you an invite to book manually if something becomes available.
Just remember, late-cancellation terms still apply if you’re moved off the waitlist into a class.
How do I create an account, buy credits and book?
It’s easy – head to weareheartcore.com or download our app, create your account, then choose a class pack or membership to buy your credits.
Once you’ve got credits in your account, you’re ready to book straight onto the schedule, online or in the app.
Which class should I book?
New to Heartcore, or new to reformer Pilates? Start with Coreformer Begin – it’s a group class with extra focus on your individual needs, taught at a pace that helps you build confidence and find your flow with our unique method, before moving on to try our other classes.
What should I wear or bring to class?
Wear whatever lets your body move freely. We train barefoot on the Coreformer and around the studio, so bring grippy socks if you’d rather keep your feet covered.
For Hot Pilates, your own sweat towel is required, and a re-fillable water bottle encouraged – we’ve got double-filtered water in every studio.
What facilities are available at each studio?
Every studio is shoe-free with a designated space to leave your footwear, plus hairdryers, straighteners, shower products and biodegradable towels to help you freshen up afterwards.
We’d still recommend bringing any personal essentials with you, just in case. For studio-specific facilities, please visit our neighbourhoods pages.
Do you offer prenatal classes?
Yes. If you’re already moving with us and your pregnancy has no complications, you can keep training in our group Coreformer classes with your doctor’s approval – our teachers will guide any adjustments you need along the way.
New to Heartcore during pregnancy? With your doctor’s sign-off, book a Personal Training session with our team first.
From week 21, we ask everyone to complete our Prenatal Workshop ahead of their third trimester so you can keep moving safely in Dynamic Pilates and Foundations classes.
What is the studio etiquette?
Heartcore is a shoe-free and phone-free space. Please remove your shoes when entering the studio and leave them in the designated area. Phones should be kept away throughout class, and the workout area should remain clear of belongings. Small valuables can be placed in the black tray beneath the springs in your Coreformer or next to your mat. Please store larger items in the common areas.
