Having been a competitive athlete, my teaching is rooted in clarity, control, and a deep love for intelligent movement.
With training in both classical and dynamic Pilates, I combine strong foundations with fluidity and flow to create sessions that energise and challenge. I’m passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies, and I bring calm focus and quiet strength into every class. Expect thoughtful, flowing sequences that challenge your core and leave you feeling centred and strong.
