I’m Tom. I am open, friendly and approachable with an optimistic approach to life. I strongly believe in the ripple effect of positivity on the world. I became a teacher because I love the experience of connecting with people and helping them learn to be more aware and in touch with their body. My approach in class is to create a space where people feel comfortable and open to explore movement. I enjoy leaving people feeling uplifted and energised in body, mind and spirit. My playlists are positive and upbeat with some sing-alongs thrown in.
My qualifications: Level 3 Personal Training. Sports Massage. Pre + Post Natal.
