Hello Everyone, I’m Shayna!
I have always found movement an integral part of my lifestyle, never failing to lift my energy and spirits. Not only has it made me feel better mentally but it provides me with strength and endurance which I take into my daily life. My goal as a teacher is to encourage and inspire others to discover a way of movement which they love fall in love with. I value community, friends and family and they make up an integral part of who I am. I like to push myself and set myself goals which include weird and wonderful things like, baking sourdough to running half marathons. I get energised by spreading smiles and love and believe that we learn from others and with the right attitude, can change anyones day by being positive and open. After spending time with me, I hope that your true authentic self has been seen, heard and energised. I will help you realise that our minds and bodies are capable of doing hard things, achieving excellence in whatever we do through positive movement and most importantly having fun. One hour could change your day, week, or entire life, so together lets make the most of it!
