Born in Brazil but made for in world. I fell in love with London a decade ago, and now it is home. I love to make people feel better about themselves, and to help them break through their limits and be who they want to be. I believe you can change the world if you can change just one person. I like my classes to be effective, so they are usually tough, but in a smart balanced way. They’re never meant to break you but are always meant to challenge you and move you to places you didn't know you could go. Music plays a big part, and my playlists are a mix of your next favourite song and some songs that will allow you to sing along and forget about everything else. I'm bossy and loud, but all I want is for you to have a good time.
