Born in Brazil but made for the world. I fell in love with London a decade ago, and now it's home. I love to make people feel better about themselves and to help them break through their limits - to be exactly who they want to be. I believe you can change the world if you can change just one person.
I like my classes to be effective, so they are usually tough, but in a smart and balanced way, moving you to places you didn't know you could go. Music plays a big part, and my playlists are a mix of your next favourite song and some songs that will allow you to sing along and forget about everything else. I'm bossy and loud, but all I want is for you to have a good time and reach where you deserve to be.
