As an ex-dancer, movement and music speak to my soul. Pilates has been part of my professional training for almost my whole dance life, but it was through injury and after two hip surgeries that I truly fell in love with it. It blows my mind to see how our method can transform your body and support your mind. For me, teaching is about providing a safe space - to let go, get out of your head and into your heart. To feel proud of what your body can achieve, how strong and powerful it is, even on the days you can’t imagine it. So let’s move our bodies together to a banging playlist, feel the beat in our souls, and of course, feel muscles you didn’t even know existed.
