I take great joy in sharing my love of movement and music with the world, which stems from my background as a performer. I’m a true believer that movement is medicine, and for me exercise should be a celebration of the body. I approach health and fitness holistically in a way that feels good from the inside out. And my aim as your teacher is to help you grow in confidence, build strength, lose yourself in the moment and then surprise yourself at what you’re capable of. I feel incredibly grateful to do this at Heartcore, in and amongst a like-minded community, who all believe in the power of positive movement. My classes will both challenge and empower you so that when you walk out of the door you feel that little bit taller, and a little bit more positive than when you walked in.
