I’m Maksym. I’m a personal trainer and a qualified osteopath. I’ve always been very interested in health, fitness and exercise rehabilitation. I truly believe that when we are caring for our bodies, we are caring for our minds. I’m a teacher because love to help people realise their physical potential and watch as they develop a sense of empowerment and confidence. I try and find an approach that helps builds a strong, powerful yet mobile body, with a detailed look at maintaining good posture.
