Hi everyone, I’m Jameelah — and I am my BEST self when I’m dancing! No, but seriously, I love to move, and I love to move with intention. I move to express my feelings, to relieve tension and stress, to connect, and to stay grounded in my mind and body.
And I love to teacher. For me, it’s a way of sharing what I’ve learnt, with the goal of having my guests experience that same joy. From my classes, you should always expect to feel a deep connection to your body, alongside a sense of inner strength. And when you leave, my commitment is that you feel inner peace, clarity, ease, and a huge sense of accomplishment.
