I’m Jade. I am easily excitable, loud and outgoing. I love movement, music and nature. I became a teacher because I love seeing others surprise themselves and helping them feel their best via movement and community. My teaching style is intense. We don't stop moving. My music is loud and uplifting, a combination of deep, tribal and African house beats. Expect fun!
