Born in Cape Town, now married to a Yorkshire boy and living in London with our two kids and a Cockapoo called Ginja. The kids are a work in progress, but the dog is perfect. I’m passionate about moving my body in whichever way feels good: yoga, Pilates and triathlons. I believe very strongly in mind/body connection, open body, open mind. I got into teaching because I wanted to share my joy of moving and breathing together and I wanted to inspire others. In my classes I love connecting with guests and creating a community, moving and getting stronger together. Noticing the beautiful shift in energy from the beginning of the class to the end. I love putting together fun, challenging, inspiring flowing sequences. Every class is different and unique in its own way.
