Hi! My name is Hayley, and before I joined Heartcore, I spent many years training to become a dancer, which I continue to teach alongside my Pilates classes. I am now also studying to become a physiotherapist. When I’m not staying busy and active, I enjoy going to watch musicals at the theatre and exploring London’s hidden gems. In class I pride myself on my attention to detail, specifically in helping you to improve your alignment and form, whether it’s through personal feedback or ridiculous metaphors. I also enjoy encouraging mindful body awareness and physical reflection. You should expect to leave my classes feeling stronger, energised and uplifted!
My qualifications: BA (hons) Ballet Education. Licentiate of Royal Academy of Dance. Level 3 Personal Training.
