Hello, my name is Grace and I have a passion for your health and whole-body fitness. Alongside my life as a teacher and personal trainer, I work in the TV industry. I love the variety of both my chosen paths, as no two days are the ever same! I decided to become a teacher as I love helping others achieve their goals — there is literally nothing like making a difference to someone's life for the better, whether that's physically, emotionally, or mentally. As a teacher you can have such a positive impact without even realising, which is a beautiful gift. So, what to expect from me? A well planned, killer class which will be fun and effective with lots of positive energy! I have been a Heartcore fan for as long as I can remember, starting my journey as a guest many years ago, so I am very excited to transfer my love across to teaching in the beautiful studios.
