Living in Hong Kong for over 10 years, I found a passion for trail running, spending many hours up in the mountains, which is my happy place. With that came the need to strengthen the body, this was when I discovered reformer pilates. Amazed at how quickly I noticed the positive effects on my body, the hard work in class started to translate to my improved running performance.
Witnessing the powerful effect strength training has on the body, I quickly developed a desire to teach and encourage others, which was a motivating force behind my decision to become a teacher. I train with intensity and dedication and strive to ensure each one of my guests feels the benefit of every moment in class. My classes won't be easy, but will definitely be worth it.
