Diya
I'm Diya, but you can call me Dee. After a long career as a Creative Director, I followed my calling to help others through movement. I'm particularly passionate about supporting those who struggled, as I did, with difficult journeys to, and through, motherhood. Pilates pieced me back together after two back-to-back pregnancies, and from there I fully recognised its power to heal and to strengthen, and I became super passionate about helping others feel strong and confident in their bodies. I absolutely love people (and epic music) and I've taught, laughed, and moved with people in Dubai, the US and the UK. My goal is to help you tune into, and connect with, your mind and body in a powerful way, and for you to walk out of every class feeling invincible, brighter and more energised. Expect challenging flows, music that gets stuck in your head, lots of personalised attention, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
