Daisy
Hi — I'm Daisy! I love community, people, nature, traveling and a great coffee. From a young age I have been a dancer and taught dance, this is where my love of movement began. I then moved into fitness as I learnt new ways to strengthen myself through Barre and Pilates. I became a teacher because supporting people in meeting their goals and health challenges is incredibly fulfilling and brings me a lot of joy. What to expect from my classes? Well I have a love for technique and alignment (making exercises benefit and target the correct muscles) so you can expect a smart and challenging workout. I will also try to help you come out of each class feeling empowered and ready to face your day through listening to your body and encouraging you to push through your perceived boundaries, building that all important resilience. And you can always expect fun!
My Qualifications:
- ISTD Diploma in Dance instruction
- Level 2 Gym Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Studio cycling Instructor
- Barre studio Instructor
