Ana

I am a movement teacher, director and dance artist that works both in a health and wellbeing context as well as the arts. As a Dynamic Pilates Teacher, I aim to share my specialist knowledge and experience and hope to inspire every-body into movement. My background as a professionally trained dancer was the starting point for my interest in teaching. The varied perspectives I have in movement from an experiential perspective seemed to align well with a teaching role. Teaching from a place of real experience is invaluable. My approach to teaching relies on working with the people and needs in the class. I understand that each person's experience and journey is unique and am keen to support everybody in that wants to move with me. Maintaining safe alignment and correct form is important, as is the experience one can get by moving in connection with their breath. I like to teach creatively and from an intuitive place.

My qualifications: BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance. MA in Movement Directing and Teaching.
