I like to talk, a lot. I’m a very caring person and believe an honest smile and a good attitude can take you far. Becoming a teacher was very natural for me. I’ve always liked sports and physical activity. I love the way moving your body with purpose makes you feel and wanted to share that with people. Teaching at Heartcore has allowed me to do that and helped me to grow as an instructor and as a person. I believe that a good training session starts with a good atmosphere. I like for our guests to know a bit about me so they can feel relaxed and get the most out of their time in the class.
My qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Fitness & Personal Training. Sports Nutrition.
