MENOPAUSE MICRODOSE SESSIONS

A special event series hosted at Heartcore Bayswater led by Heartcore founder and movement expert Jessie Blum and renowned cosmetic acupuncturist Sarah Bradden, focused on nurturing women’s mental and physical wellbeing throughout perimenopause and menopause.

Session 1 | Perimenopause, Menopause & Managing Hormonal Balance

October 24, 13:30–14:30

A 60-minute acupressure and movement class on the mat, providing women with techniques for managing the mental and physical effects of hormonal change during perimenopause and menopause.

The class starts with 30 minutes of movement and breath work, led by Jessie, to mobilise, stretch, open up and tune into our bodies. The second half of the class, led by Sarah, focuses on the important role Kidney Yin plays, with guidance on self-led acupressure routines to help support hormonal balance and energy.

Session 2 | Enhancing Skin Health with Movement & Acupressure

November 21, 13:30–15:00

A 90-minute acupressure and movement class on the mat, providing women with hands-on techniques to promote skin health during perimenopause and menopause. Starting with 30 minutes of movement and breath work to stimulate the lymph flow in the body, helping to support detoxification, hormonal balance and skin tone. Followed by guided, self-led acupressure, massage and bone tapping exercises to further activate the lymphatic system, helping to improve bone density, enhance face and neck elasticity, and remove tension.
